波蘭動畫師，作品很有名。（7月9日 1956年 ， 華沙 ， 波蘭 ）是波蘭藝術家和動畫制作師。
有的動畫同名，為保下全，放幾個源。

Ya vimos los comienzos de Piotr Dumala en los años 80, cuando su inspiración se cimentaba en un humorismo negro de mediana calidad. Con el pasar de los años, por contra, floreció como uno de los mayores maestros de la animación mundial, realizando obras de intensa humanidad y dramatismo como Lagodna1 (1985), Sciany2 (1987), Wolnosc nogi3 (1988), Franz Kafka (1991), Zbrodnia i kara4 (2000), y desarrollando una técnica específica definida por él mismo como del revoque o del yeso **, parecida a la pintura animada sobre vidrio***. Realiza sus películas superando fácilmente y destruyendo los confines entre mundos paralelos, entre la imaginación y la realidad. Sólo pocos entre nosotros son dotados de la capacidad de superar límites entre mundos y dimensiones .

*** Esto ya es una apreciación quizá excesivamente banal por mi parte pero a medida que se aprecia este estilo de animación, te das cuenta de que no es realmente parecida .
**** Aunque admiro profundamente los conocimientos de Bendazzi, confieso comulgar poco o nada con su criterio de valores alguien que yo me sé sabrá a qué me refiero . Esta vez, y sin que valga de precedente, reafirmo lo expuesto por este crítico y lo extiendo más allá de algunos planos . ^__^

Piotr Dumala 皮奧特·杜馬爾
　　1956年7月9日生於波蘭華沙，為導演、電影劇本作家和動畫家。他畢業於華沙藝術大學，學習雕塑和動畫，目前在洛茲教書，他也是PLAYING SAFETY RAZORS短篇故事集的作者。Piotr Dumala是一位有驚人想象力天賦的藝術家，在厚重的石膏板上刮出風格獨特的動畫作品，風格凝重，極賦藝術感染力。名作《溫柔幽靈》《牆》《弗朗茨·卡夫卡》等多次榮獲國際獎項，2000年的《罪與罰》是他嘔心瀝血歷時5年完成的巨作，將其無二的風格魅力極致展露。
