【資源介紹】
這些資源是世界范圍內一些優秀的動畫短片合集，大多是歐美的，也有中國韓國日本等國家的（不過還是歐美居多）。這些動畫短片全都是一個叫Beltesassar的荷蘭教授多年收集整理，並在網上發布BT種子供人下載的。分為十五集，總共大概30多G的內容。
本資源的圖片有一部分來源於豆瓣，一部分自己截的圖。文字部分介紹大部分來源於豆瓣，有一小部分(黑體部分)是自己添加的。在此要謝謝豆瓣網。更要感謝所有文件的提供者DR.Beltesassar.
根據ZL斑竹的指導，決定不再另外開貼(此貼已經成了VC收藏人數最多的資源，很開心啊^o^，謝謝大家的關注與支持)，現暫停發放RMVB格式，全部放出原文件AVI格式。因為簡介部分太長，導致主題帖打開可能會出現假死現象，所以將詳細的簡介部分放到相關小組——動畫短片討論組
中，對各位造成不便之處，請見諒。
終於更新完畢了，心裡也安定下來了。整理資料太費時間了，加之這段時間自己的事情很多，否則早就能更新完畢了，請各位朋友見諒。因為動畫太多了，加之過於倉促，所以其中簡介部分難免有出錯的地方，請發現的朋友給予指正，在此謝過。
此合集的14、15集也是原收集者後來添加的，現在也一並放上。特別聲明：本資源1-13集由一位不願透露姓名的網友供源分流的，在此向他表示感謝！14，15由本人供源。此資源的來源是國外的BT種子，如果有朋友想要種子，用Google搜索Beltesassar's Short Animation Festival一般都能找到。（1-13與14、15的種子是分開的）
RMVB版本的已經發布，需要的朋友請到這裡去下載 《世界經典動畫短片合集》(Beltesassar's Short Animation Festival)RMVB]因為RMVB格式的每部影片體積很小，加之文件眾多，為了供源穩定，故將每集打成一個包，有諸多不便之處，請多見諒。
這個合集很偉大，收集者DR.Beltesassar也很值得我們尊敬，但由於種種原因，我國眾多的優秀動畫中，僅一部被收錄，不免有些遺憾。Dash大大早在03年就發布了《中國經典動畫系列》，在感慨外國眾多藝術家令人贊歎的才華時，也不能忘了我們自己曾有的輝煌。
